Lakyn Bauder Coaching & Consulting was established in 2022. Lakyn is a certified executive and leadership coach with a passion for driving business results through strong, emotionally intelligent leaders.
Lakyn loves to help others build dynamic relationships, connect people to their 'why' and help leaders leverage their strengths to become their most authentic and successful selves. Through a tailored coaching approach she can be a thought-partner to you and your unique leadership and business challenges.
She is located in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley - an hour south of Missoula, Montana - where she enjoys the mountainous views and friendly community with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever. You can find her scoping out breweries, catching football games in the fall, or taking road trips around the state.
